Setting Up For Field Nation

• You will need to enter the API url for your Zendesk instance along with the username, password, client ID and client secret.

• The template ticket ID will be a ticket that has access to all of the fields that you will want to utilize in the integration.

Important: Please do not delete or alter the template ticket.
