Setting Up For Field Nation
First, you will need to enter in your company.
Second, for the Username and Passoword, you can either use an API user or and actual user. If utilizing an acutal user, then put their credentials in here. If using an API user, put the Public Key for the Username and Private Key for the Password.
The public and pivate key need to be generate for this particular user.
The template ticket will be a ticket that has access to all of the custom fields that you will want to utilize in the integration.
Important: Please do not delete or alter the template ticket
- The status will be the status set in the callback to trigger the ticket information being sent to Field Nation.
