Setting Up For Field Nation

  • First, you will need to enter in your company.

  • Second, for the Username and Password, you can either use an API user or an actual user. If utilizing an actual user, enter their credentials here. If using an API user, enter the Public Key for the Username and Private Key for the Password.

  • The public and pivate key need to be generated for this particular user.

  • The template ticket will be a ticket that has access to all of the custom fields that you want to utilize in the integration.

Important: Please do not delete or alter the template ticket.

  • The status will be the status set in the callback to trigger the ticket information being sent to Field Nation.
