Setting Up For Field Nation

• The Instance name is optional but is good to distiguish if you have a specific salesforce name or several Salesforce instances.

• Instance type should be “test” for a sandbox account and “production” for production accounts.

• The Object Name is the base object you will use for the integration. This can be a core salesforce object or a custom object. You will have access to all the fields in this object as well as the direct adjacent objects.

• The message object and object body is required if you want to utilize messaging through the integration.

Important: The integration can only connect to Salesforce comment object. We cannot connect to custom objects for messaging

• The remaining fields correspond with the required credential information. We need a username, password, and token.
