Integrate with the Field Nation Platform

Field Nation has several APIs designed to connect Field Nation with the other applications and web services you already use. Our integration solutions all include:

  • Comprehensive push/pull options for work order statuses, provider information, pay, schedules, and other work order details.
  • Sandbox (development) environments to test your integration.
  • Universal Timestamps and local dates and times.

To get started:

  1. You need to have an active Buyer account in Field Nation platform.
  2. Reach out to your Sales contact about the your integration needs.
  3. Get your Integration contract set and our program management team will engage with you and do an kick off call.
  4. You will be provisioned with a sandbox for the implementation.
  5. Review the Best Practices Guide.
  6. Our integration program management team will assist you in setting up and testing in the Sandbox.
  7. Upon completion of UAT (User acceptance testing)- Go Live in our Production environment.
