Pass all ServiceNow values or a combination of ServiceNow and Field Nation Template values to draft your work orders on Field Nation.

Update ServiceNow

Update your ServiceNow case/ticket in real time with work order information, such as:

• Assigned Provider Name & Phone
• Provider Uploaded Deliverables
• Close Out Notes
• Provider Messages

Connecting to a ServiceNow Object

Field Nation is able to read and write to out of the box or custom ServiceNow objects. Providing the Object Name during the setup, grants Field Nation access to that object.
