Step 1: Grant Field Nation Access To NetSuite

Permissions are controlled by NetSuite, not Field Nation. The user's NetSuite permissions entered below are used to read and write to the object. If you are concerned about Field Nation's access to your Netsuite information, create a generic user and control the permissions of that user to the objects in NetSuite.

1.1 Setup Token Based Authentication

1.2 Find the NetSuite Account Number/ID for APIs

1.3 Expose The Object's Fields For API

1.4 Create a button / conditions that triggers the work order creation

1.5 Setup Field Aware RESTLET Script (Optional)

1.6 File Size Limit Work Around (optional)

1.8 Navigate to ui.fieldnation.com/integrations

Click Connect to Setup NetSuite

Authenticate Salesforce and Field Nation by entering:

• NetSuite Consumer Key
• NetSuite Consumer Secret
• NetSuite Token Key
• NetSuite Token Secret
• NetSuite Account
• NetSuite Domain. This is the URL of your NetSuite instance.
  Log in to NetSuite and the URL that is displayed after the login is the Login Domain (e.g. na2.netsuite.com).

Step 2: Map Fields From NetSuite to Field Nation

• Click on Import data from NetSuite
• Click the Add or Remove Fields button to select the fields to be mapped
• Map your fields and Save

Step 3: Map Fields From Field Nation to NetSuite

• Click on Export data from NetSuite
• Click the Add or Remove Fields button to select the fields to be mapped
• Map your fields and Save

Step 4: Toggle on the Integration

Toggle to "ON"

At this point, Field Nation authenticates with NetSuite and creates a workflow rule.
