Step 1: Grant Field Nation Access To Salesforce

Permissions are controlled by Salesforce, not Field Nation. The user's Salesforce permissions entered below are used to read and write to the object. If you are concerned about Field Nation's access to your Saleforce information, create a generic user and control the permissions of that user to the objects in Salesforce.

Obtain API Key from Salesforce
My Settings > Personal > Reset My Token

Navigate to ui.fieldnation.com/integrations

Click Connect to Setup Salesforce

Authenticate Salesforce and Field Nation by entering:

• Salesforce Username
• Salesforce Password
• API Key
• Login Domain. This is the URL of your Salesforce instance.
  Log in to Salesforce and the URL that is displayed after the login is the Login Domain (e.g. na2.salesforce.com).
• Object Name

Step 2: Map Fields From Salesforce to Field Nation

• Click on Import data from Salesforce
• Click the Add or Remove Fields button to select the fields to be mapped
• Map your fields and Save

Step 3: Map Fields From Field Nation to Salesforce

• Click on Export data from Salesforce
• Click the Add or Remove Fields button to select the fields to be mapped
• Map your fields and Save

Step 4: Toggle on the Integration

Toggle to "ON"

At this point, Field Nation authenticates with Salesforce and creates a workflow rule. Refer to Workflow Rules to finish the setup.
